Our staff have been trained in some of the best restaurants in Austria. Paying particular attention to detail the Schützenhof chefs cook regional specialities and international dishes from all over the world.
As the hotel grows and develops, so does our list of recipes. In additional to the time-honoured cuisine of the region we like to try out new and exciting dishes. There's always something new to discover when we serve our buffet and our gala dinners are always a little bit special. When our 5-course gourmet dinner is served instead of the usual half-board meal you will be overwhelmed by the cooking and the atmosphere.
