The apartment of the ground floor has a terrace and the upper apartment a balcony.

The holiday apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 am at the latest on the day of departure.  ( Hand-over of keys and inspection ) Those renting the flat are liable in full for any damages.
