Classic assage:
Are you stressed out and tense? Treat yourself to a soothing massage and give your body a few moments of peace. Different techniques: stroking, kneading, vibration, walking or rubbing movements not only release muscle tension, but also stimulate blood and lymphoid circulation and thus have a cleansing and purifying effect.

Foot reflex zone massage:
Today's foot reflex zone massage is based on the ancient theory that all the body's organs can be attributed to a specific area of the foot sole. By massaging these areas a healing and compensatory effect on the associated organs is achieved. The ancient Egyptians and later the Indians considered the foot sole as a blueprint for the human body.

Connective tissue massage:
Listen to what your body is trying to tell you! Changes in the body tissue can be a sign of organic disorders, which in return can be cured by treating the body's connective tissue. A reflex zone massage using just the fingertips relaxes the body tissue and stimulates the blood circulation.

Acupunct-massage:
Are you feeling listless and weary? Using the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine the acupunct-massage mobilised the body's own healing powers. The body's meridians are massaged using a small therapeutic rod bringing "Ying" and "Yang" back into balance.

Segment massage:
The segment massage relaxes muscles and joints and relieves nervous tension, in turn improving your freedom of movement and mobility. By effectively treating a specific skin segment, which is closely linked to certain muscles, vessels or inner organs due to the fact that they are all fed by the same spinal nerve, helps the organism to achieve a self-regulating function.

Lymph drainage:
Lymph drainage is a very special form of massage. Slow and gentle circular massage techniques stimulate the lymphatic flow helping to get rid of excess body fulids. Among other thins this pleasant and calming massage helps those who have gone through breast surgery, or for bruising, swelling or for a feeling of lethargy in the legs.

Energy massage:
This is a simple yet enormously revitalising massage and is best carried out in the massage chair. The sitting position in the chair is different to that of a normal chair and relieves pressure on your frame making a quick and effective massage possible. No oil is used so you can remain fully clothed. Tension is relieved by using gentle pressure, stretching and joint loosening techniques.
