Arrival/Departure
The rooms and facilities of the Schützenhof are available to you from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. A late check-out with towels and bathrobe is possible for a surcharge of EUR 40.00 per person. (use of the lakeside terrace subject to availability)
Bathrobes
Are provided for you during your stay, free of charge. They are ready for you in your room. If the size does not fit (S, M, L, XL) or you would like a new one, please contact reception.
Breakfast
Breakfast time from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. free choice of tables, in the hotel restaurant or on the lakeside terrace; depending on the season.
We have free choice of seats. For groups of 3 or more, we will prepare a table for you.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes unexpected events can happen, but we ask for your understanding that, without travel insurance, we will charge the cancellation costs according to our terms and conditions without exception. We count on your attendance and if you cancel your stay, we cannot rebate the generated loss. We kindly ask for your understanding that we will not make any exceptions and will charge the full booked price.
Dinner
We serve dinner, as part of half board, from 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m., in our lake view restaurant. In the afternoon we offer a la carte coffee and cake. Half board costs EUR 32.00 per person. We have free choice of seats. For groups of 3 or more, we will prepare a table for you.
Doctor and pharmacy
Doctor and pharmacy are located 250 meters from the hotel in the town centre (in the same building as the municipal office) on the ground floor. Surgery times: Monday 9.00 a.m. to 13.30 p.m., Tuesday 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., Wednesday 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Thursday 9.00 a.m. to 13.30 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., Friday 9.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. Pharmacies are in St. Gilgen and Hof – both about 10 minutes by car (7 km). Lobby
We are happy to serve you drinks from the restaurant to the tables in the lobby.
In accordance with local closing time regulations, the closing time is 11.00 pm.
Mobility ticket
The mobility ticket is available free of charge in return for your city tax. It allows you to travel free on all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg (including bus line 150 to Bad Ischl). You can obtain the QR code either via the myFuschlseeregion app under “Guest Mobility Ticket” or at reception.
Parking Area
Our hotel car park is free of charge. From April to October, you need a PARKING CARD to get in the car park, please collect the card at the reception. The exit gate opens automatically. If you lose the parking card, we must charge you 5.00 euros.
Reception
08.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m.
the room key locks the front and the back door. If you come back after 10 p.m., please take the key with you. We don’t have a night porter.

Swimming area
Exclusively for our hotel guests, from the lake side terrace you are just a few steps away from the refreshing water of lake Fuschl. Please do not reserve sun beds. A feel-good bag with towels is available in your room free of charge for the duration of your stay.
We recommend that you do not step on the wooden terrace without shoes, this is a larch floor. You could get hurt. Parents are responsible for their children. The hotel assumes no LIABILITY.
We also provide free tickets for the Fuschlseebad, with heated outdoor pool. Available at the reception. – Opening hours May till September from 10.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. If lost, we must charge EUR 10.00 per card.
Spa Area
open daily from 4. p.m. to 10 p.m. (April till October from 3 p.m. till 9p.m.) this includes a sauna – an infrared cabin, 2 water beds and 2 individual whirlpool tubs. Take the LIFT to the 2nd floor. Walk down the corridor on the right to the marble staircase. Opposite room 217, the staircase leads to the 3rd floor to the spar area.
For safety reasons, children are only allowed if accompanied. Towels are in the sauna. We ask you to not add bath products/ shower gel etc. in the tubs. The light is turned off by the reception. The two red buttons in the SAUNA also in the INFRARED CABIN are EMERGENCY BUTTONS!
Smoking
We ask for your understanding that all our ROOMS are non-smoking rooms and that a final cleaning fee will be charged in the event of non-compliance (at least EUR 130.00). You can smoke on the lake side terrace / as well as on the balcony of your room, we ask you to be considerate of the room neighbours. Ashtrays for the balcony are available in the restaurant.

You don’t need an access code, simply select – WLAN Schützenhof.
Yoga & Massage
We offer relaxation YOGA with DANIELA once a week, free of charge.
Ideal for beginners.

For massage appointments, please contact Daniela directly at +43 664 4321290 or fill out a request form at reception. We will forward this to Daniela immediately, and she will contact you directly. She will come to our hotel for your massage appointment. The massage room is located on the first floor, toward room 110.
